Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on our website, including one-time purchases and subscription-based purchases.


One-Time Purchase Cancellations

Orders for one-time purchases may be cancelled only before the order has been processed or fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Customers who wish to request a cancellation must contact customer support as soon as possible after placing the order.


Subscription Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions automatically renew according to the billing interval selected at checkout unless cancelled by the customer.

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into their customer account and selecting “Cancel Subscription,” or

  • Contacting customer support for assistance with cancellation.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, the subscription must be cancelled before the next scheduled billing date.

Once a subscription renewal charge has been successfully processed, the charge applies to the current billing period and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Cancellation confirmation is provided once the cancellation request has been successfully completed.


Billing Disputes

By completing a purchase or subscribing to a recurring plan, customers acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. Charges resulting from failure to cancel prior to the billing date are considered valid and authorized.
