We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases. The 30-day period begins on the date of delivery, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information.

To be eligible for a return, customers must contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return and refund:

  • The item must be unopened and sealed for ingestible items
  • The item must be returned with original packaging (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that do not meet these conditions.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Reason for return

Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Orders marked as Delivered by the carrier but reported as not received
  • Items damaged due to normal wear, misuse, or improper handling
  • Orders returned without prior approval
  • Shipping delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before filing a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may delay resolution.
