Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (48 hours) after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has shipped, not on the order date.
Shipping Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
All shipped orders include tracking information. An order is considered delivered once the tracking status shows “Delivered” by the carrier.
If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled and not eligible for a refund due to non-receipt.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen after delivery. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.
